My stay at the hotel had its ups and downs. The noisy surroundings made it difficult for my kids to sleep, and there were some issues with room amenities, like a faulty toilet and key card problems. However, the staff went above and beyond to assist us, and the location was convenient and welcoming.

The hotel is conveniently located in a business park about a mile from the town centre, satisfactory for our trips although some road noise was present. The rooms are comfortable and clean, although some noise disturbances from above reception and adjacent spaces were noticeable. The bar staff were pleasant and helpful, and the dining experience was varied and delicious. The facilities are modern and well presented, catering to various needs.

The hotel offers basic but comfortable rooms with amenities like air conditioning, mini fridge, settee, and tea/coffee making facilities. Located above the smoking shelter, the rooms provide a cozy stay. The service was friendly and accommodating, with staff going out of their way to assist guests. The location, though convenient for business parks, is not ideal as it's situated in an industrial estate. The dining experience varied from good quality food to slightly overcooked options, but the value for money was decent. The facilities were sufficient for a comfortable stay.
